- William "Bud" Deihl
- I am currently an Educational Technology Consultant in the Center for Teaching Excellence at Virginia Commonwealth University. I help faculty find solutions to various problems as they plan, develop and deliver their courses. I specialize in the informed use of technologies and leveraging them to achieve stated learning objectives. I provide several workshops on ways to create digital content and increase student engagement in face-to-face classes as well as those which are delivered as blended or online courses. I have been instrumental in the development and delivery of several special week long faculty institutes which focus on teaching with technology. I hold a BFA from the Fort Wayne Art Institute, an MFA from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Certificate of Online Teaching and Learning, from California State University (CSU), and an M.S.Ed., with a Specialization in Online Teaching and Learning from CSU.
